I have done some testing and it seems that the emails are working properly.
Could you please go to your jotform and make a submission and check if the emails are delivered to you or not and if not, do let us know so that we can properly check this out for you.

Hi Ben and many thanks - it is working fine now. They all came through together after about 90 minutes and are now instant - ish. - Also apologies for currency I wasn't looking properly and now found it.

No apologies needed, we are happy to assist with any questions you have. I am glad that you have found the way how to do it, but we will post on that thread how it can be done so that anyone looking for such info can see how as well :)
I am glad to hear that your email notifications are being delivered to you now and that there are no issues. Based on feedback so far, it seems that this was occurring only for a specific time frame and had stopped afterwards.
We are monitoring things to see if something happens, but since only few other people have reported this, it might not be related to our system, but I can not be sure.
