Can I Hire JotForm to Modify My Form?

Do you provide a form creation/modification service? If so, how do you charge?

I would just like to make some design tweaks to my form, but it will require more css modification to the widget I am using than I have already done. I think having some help with this will be more cost effective for me and the end product will be much better.

Unfortunately we do not have such options available but we are willing to help you.

Please let us know the changes you want to make in your form and if it does not require too many changes, we will surely try to help you. ETA would completely depend upon the kind of changes you want to make in your form.

Ok. I understand.

I have added a section with the widget: Configurable List. It was exactly what I needed, but I am having trouble fitting everything. I really need to use two lines for each entry, but I couldn't figure out how to do that. Can I add a line break in the css between the columns?

The configurable list is unfortunately made with a single row in mind.  The fields you currently have in your widget can be expanded by the user as needed:

However, short of forcing the positioning of the fields, which would cause problems when another row is added, I do not believe it is possible to have a multiple row matrix widget.

If you need extra columns, you could always add an extra column between your current columns.  Then adjust the widget of the extra column accordingly.
