Turns out I didn't actually sign into an account before I created my form, and now it's over quota. I just upgraded, is there any way to access/edit/copy my old form?

Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. As it seems that you are the same person as the guest account with which the form was created, I have now moved that form to your new, premium account.
I have moved only the form which you asked for, http://form.jotform.us/jsform/51266775191158. There is another form in the guest account, 51266369057158, but it has no associated submissions. Please let us know if you would like this form to be transferred to your new account as well.
Please check in your My Forms page if everything is OK with the transfer, and let us know if there are any problems, or if you need help with anything.
