i have a form that i have set to 4 weeks to live and to auto save every 10 seconds.  The hope was that people could start filling out the form and then come back and add more info later.  I have had a couple of calls that this is not working, only some info is being saved.  Please help!!!

    Hi,

Since the data is stored in the users browser, it is only stored as long as their browser will allow it.  If at some point their cache/cookies are cleared, the form data will be as well.  The only sure way to allow users to return to their data to update it, would be to setup your form in this manner:

    http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

This will give your users a direct link to update their submission data.  They can return at any time to update their entry.  Other than that, you are reliant upon your users browser setting to save the data.  If their browser is set to clear their cache and history hourly or daily, the data will be cleared at the same time.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
