Are PDF's take up extra storage in my account?Asked by wemakeprints on May 12, 2015 at 02:21 PMAnd... For example, if I generate a PDF to download from within the "submissions" sections of my jotform interface, the file is coming from jotform.com. But the image preview (assuming there was an image uploaded) is being generated from the image that's actually stored on Amazons cloud? Are these PDFs generated on-the-fly? Do they take up extra storage space? Or are they not actually being saved somewhere?
Yes, should be on-the-fly. As I have mentioned in the other thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/568553), we are also keeping the files to Amazon S3. The same storage limits and no extra storage are taken up for your account.
