I just wasted an hour setting up changes in the form I was working on, only to have it freexe and lose all of the information! Any clue how to avoid such a frustrating situation?

We had a minor issue with the DB server today that has affected our services for a moment. However, the issue was identified quick and resolved immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. You should be now able to access JotForm services normally and save the changes on your JotForm without any issue. Please make sure that the AutoSave on the JotForm is enabled so that the form changes shall be saved automatically at regular intervals.
If Auto Save is disabled, the option Enable Auto Save is displayed on the Form Actions menu that can be accessed by right-clicking on white space of the form.
