Not receiving submission emails

    I have a personal address setup (previously confirmed) as the sender for new submission emails and am no longer receiving them. 

    As I said, I had previously confirmed the email address and had been receiving messages perfectly up until about 9am this morning.

    I have checked your email logs and the report is the emails are being delivered successfully, could you kindly check if they are being routed to your spam folder.
