Adding a Table to form

Trying to add a table to my form. It's a credit form (For Product) that I'm trying to put together, so there are multiple questions for one item and there could be several items being returned.   

I see that you are already using the matrix field which a way to achieve your requirement. However, you may also take a look at configurable list widget that can help you having different types of fields on a row.
