As there are multiple forms in your account, can you please let us know exactly which form is having this problem, so that we can take a look?
When it comes to setting up Autoresponders, please read the following guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
Please make sure that all the fields are correctly filled, to prevent bouncing related issues, as described here: How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues
Please let us know if the issue persists, and which form this is about, and we would be happy to take a look and assist you.
Kind regards.

I checked the autoresponder for that form and it appears to be set to be sent from your service:
The first thing to do would be to make sure your SMTP settings are correct and your servers settings haven't changed.
http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
If you do not need the notifications to come from your services, set the "Sender E-mail" to "noreply@jotform.com" and your autoresponders should be sent without issue.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
