I checked the autoresponder for that form and it appears to be set to be sent from your service:
The first thing to do would be to make sure your SMTP settings are correct and your servers settings haven't changed.
If you do not need the notifications to come from your services, set the "Sender E-mail" to "email@example.com" and your autoresponders should be sent without issue.
