    Hi there,

All of my forms have been disabled, i.e. this one most importantly:

    http://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/31002923597351

I made a sample log in form so my web designer could replicate the style of our other forms, and had not intended to use the log in form on my website. After reading posts in your forums it appears this may be why our forms have been disabled?  This form has now been deleted.

Customers waiting to sign up via out website so any immediate help appreciated!

    Thanks

    Nick

    Hello Nick.

As you have discovered yourself, we do not allow collecting passwords in our forms. Such forms are automatically flagged by our anti-phishing filter and the owner account may get suspended.

The following form is asking for passwords: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51325134637350

Please either delete these fields from the form, or delete the said form, we will gladly re-enable your account.

If you can't remove the form / password fields yourself for any reason, please let us know if you would like us to remove them for you.

    Thank you.
