Because my form is not sending?

And what does this message mean?

Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.

Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, you are only getting the error message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed" because you have set your unique submission settings as "Loose Check".

Setting this to loose check means that the form will only allow one submission per user depending on the browser's cookies, if you set this to "Strict" it will based it on the IP address instead.

For the first error, could you tell us what message you are seeing? It's possible that it's a code conflict, could you try re-embedding your form using the iFrame code instead, here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

I hope that helps. We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.
