How can I get my Application form to load in internet explorer?

From the Career Center page under:
Step - 1
Click > Application Steps (http://www.callcentercorphq.com/#!application-process/c14f4)
Complete > Questionnaire (Jotform)

Note: After the questionnaire is complete it forwards to URL: (http://www.callcentercorphq.com/#!online-application/cwqw) this page is hidden. On this page is where you will find (Jotform template - Application of employment) URL: http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/search/Application%20of%20employment
Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate an issue regarding having your form show up on internet explorer:
Can you confirm that you are still experiencing an issue with having your form loaded in IE? If so, can you provide us with the version of IE that you are currently using?

In order to understand what we are experiencing you need to go through the process. Complete the questionnaire (Test) at the end click continue. You will not be able to proceed to the following page (http://www.callcentercorphq.com/#!online-application/cwqw) Multiple people that are using IE have not been able to get to the application.
As I tried to submit your JotForm using Internet Explorer v10 and v11, I am able to submit without any issue.
I've cleared the form caches from my end to see if that helps. Please try submitting the form from your end by clearing the browser cache by following the guide below :
