Hi,
1. Buy One Get One Free
What you can do is make sure the purchase minimum allowed Qty is 2.
Then, setup in the coupon code to have 50% OFF (thus it will appear one is FREE )
2. Buy One Get One Half Off.
Just like on the 1st method, you can set the 2 minimum Qty, and then set the percentage discount to 25%.. so this will appear as 50% off for the 2 Qty purchase.
Hope this help. Let us know if this work or not..
Thanks.

Hi Andy,
To be able to setup a predefined QTY, do not use the Custom Quantity option.
Instead use the default dropdown Quantity selection and the set 2 as the smallest option.
See screenshot below for guidance on how to
in the actual form, it will be like this

But doesn't that limit people from buying 1 ticket?

I think it does since you have two as the minimum. I'm not sure if there's another way to do this in the form, but the solution given by my colleague will work for your purpose.
Maybe, you can do this in the calculation widget: http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form in a combination of the conditional logic.
So instead of the payment integration, you will use a textbox or dropdown for the item/quantity. Then you can pass the total to the payment field by using this method:
