One of our customers sent this email:
I have tried to register Katie for tryouts twice but both times I got an internet browser error when I hit the submit button.
Yesterday I had another customer call to say their hourglass spun endlessly when they tried to submit their form... and they did not get a confirmation email. Please advise.

When I click on the link you had provided
it redirects me to a form instead http://www.jotform.us/form/51036723472148
I test submitted the form
and it was successful and it redirects to your website page.
I checked the form's submission data, and I can see my test submission added
It might be an isolated case on the specific user only. Please try also to check which browser they used, and if possible you can suggest to them to try a different browser if it did not work on the specific browser they used before (if I understand correctly the user used IE browser).
Try suggesting to them to use Chrome or Firefox browser also. Although I also could not reproduced the issue using my IE browser, but there might be on their case.
