To add a custom image into your header, please first select a header, and then click on Header Image button at the top.
A small popup will appear asking you if you want to upload your own image, or if you want to use a direct URL of a picture from the Internet, etc.
After you select a desired option, please click Next.
In the new popup, either provide an URL of the image, or upload your own, depending on the setting previously chosen, and it will appear in your header from now on.
Alternatively, you can also set an image URL directly from the Properties tab of your header.
After following the above steps, your header will now have the image that you have chosen.
On a friendly note, I would like to kindly recommend that you do not bump your own topics when your post is already the last post in the thread. It only moves your entire thread to the end of the active threads queue, and it will take us longer to reach your thread and respond.

Do you mean to say that you are receiving an error to select the type on the Image wizard?
This generally happens when there is no option selected and clicked on Next or could be an issue with the browser cache. Please make sure that you are selecting one of the options before clicking on Next. Also, please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below :
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
Please get back to us if the issue still persists or if you are referring to something different. We will be happy to help.
Thanks!
