I have set my form to be responsive in the settings, however, both I and my client are experiencing difficulties in viewing and using the form on our cell phone.....fields disappear and we cannot see the entire form....

Under my account the form is called "Family Life Conference..."  here is the actual online embedded link:

    http://cathedralhouseoftruth.com/

click the button "Register Now" the form will pop-up and when you adjust the screen to the likeness of a cell phone sized device ...the issues begin

    My client indicated the following:

I've tried several times to register for the conference using my cell and unfortunately I was not successful. I was able to complete registration form, email address, mailing address, choice for conference and whether I have an exam appointment or not then, a close box appeared. There is no fields available for registration fees/donation.

When you look at the actual form design...the fields are there ...not sure what is happening ...Please help.

    Thanks.

I can see the issue, it is caused by the JS embed.

The issue is that the form is set to a certain height, 1126px. As the form is being resized to a more narrow screen, it gets longer and flows over the set 1126px of its height.

Can you please try using the iFrame embed method instead, and setting its scrolling="no" to scrolling="auto".

Please try it out and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

I tried your suggestion, but it did not work effectively for the mobile format since it was sitting inside of a very wide modal pop-up.  I eventually had to just place it on a separate html page.

It seems to be performing better.

    Thanks!
