rich text field issue

I have a rich text field in the form (url below)  once it has been populated with text and I move on submit it says that the field needs to be filled out and prevents the submit

any advice on this

I checked your form and it appears as though one the limits set on the field is the issue.  When I changed the "Entry Limit" from "none-0" to "none", I was then able to use the field as normal:
