Printing out completed form is not complete

I noticed that when we print out the completed form that has been submitted not all of the information that was on the form is included? Particularly the release part of Liability / Photo / Video Release form detailed information...it shows where they signed in their electronic signature accepting it but the actual information is not printing on the form? Please advise...

Before you Print the submission make sure also that the fields were all checked in the options
