What exactly do I have to do to connect JotForm to my PayPal account? I thought it was connected, but my users are telling me the page times out when they attempt to pay, and the submissions are listed as Incomplete Payments. Please help me to resolve this ASAP!!!

Are still having this issue? I could not reproduced the problem at this time.
When I test submitted your jotform http://www.jotform.com/51286119214148
it was successfully submitted and I was redirected to the Paypal payment screen as expected.

I did not pursue the Payment since it was a test submission only.
I suggest you check also the article about incomplete payment in the Incomplete Payments FAQ guide here.
Please let us know if there are still issue.
