Send email notifications when form is almost expiring

Asked by Raedz on May 27, 2015 at 02:48 AM

If part of my form was to provide an expiry date, is there any way to receive notifications when these dates are almost expired or run reports as such?

Unfortunately we have no provision for sending expiry notification for forms at the present.

I have submitted your inquiry as a feature request to our development team, we will update you on  this thread regarding its progress

In addition to what my colleague Sammy has already said, please note that, as a workaround, you can make your form unavailable after a certain expiration date.

You can set it up by going to Setup & Embed > Preferences > Form Limits, and setting the Expiration Date of your form.

You can read this guide for more details about setting up form limits: How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form

It will not send a notification when the expiration date is near, but it will prevent users from submitting the form any further once the set date has passed. Hope this helps.
