When I submitted the form online, it worked as expected. But when I downloaded the PDF form, filled it out and clicked Submit, the form never sent to my email and it never showed up on the web interface. This was a form imported from Adobe FormsCentral. So I created a new form using a template just to test the system and it still isn't working.
Any idea why?

Upon checking this form URL http://www.jotform.us/form/51463813773156, it seems that you have deleted it already. I'm unable to check it.
Could you give us a sample form that we can refer to other than the deleted one? Or you can restore it so that we can further investigate.
