Empty field in the email notification

    The Fecha de nacimiento field,, even if ist filled, comes back to my email empty


    what can i do

    The "Fecha de nacimiento" field in your email notification is showing an incorrect id name.

    If you click the Properties of the "Fecha de nacimiento" field, it shows that it is {fechaDe} only.


    Please go to your email builder of your notification and update the id name. Hope this works. Let us know if you need any help. Thank you.
