Able to Submit form without completing required fields

Hello,

I'm not sure why, but it appears as though someone was able to fill out our form 5 times without filling in some required fields.

Please refer to submission made on 2015-05-27 17:57:15 under the name Krista Adzima.  She was able to fill out the form 5 times without specifying form of payment.

I made one adjustment to Total Due by adding it again as a hidden field because I know that can be changed manually.  (Speaking of which, is it possible to deny manual changes to a text field when it's an updated value based on other form properties?)

Any feedback that you can provide on why this happened and any suggestions to prevent this from happening again would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked your submissions and I saw that there is not payment option for mentioned user.

How ever when I tested your form I could not reproduce mentioned problem, I was not able to submit your form without choosing payment option. 

It is possible that the user that attempted to fill in this form had its browser's javascript disabled. The form relies on javascript for validation of the inputted information. If this is the case there is not much we can do.
