Multiple Identical Notifications being sent for each Submission

    Some of my mail recipients complain that they receive multiple identical email notifications for a single submission.  At times a single submission is generating up to 6 identical email notifications spread over several days. 

    Please advise as to how to resolve the issue.

    Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Upon checking our submission and mailing records, it appears that these are in fact separate submissions - probably unintentional.

    What I believe is happening is that the person who is filling out the form has used the Back button on their browser upon submitting the form, so they have been taken back to the form, and then clicked on the Submit button again.

    They were probably just checking if they have entered some data properly, and clicked on the Submit button again without realizing that it would send another submission. This would send the same data twice, but in different submissions in a short time interval - what we see is happening here.

    I would advise you to please try setting one of the Submission Limits to prevent multiple submissions with identical data:

    Thanks for your feedback. 

    Submission Limits will not work for me. Guess i'll have to warn the users on the thank you page, not to use the back-button.
