My form is disabled

    Hi,

    I've just signed up and I'm testing the service. It's my first form and I can't preview it. I'm not sure what is wrong. Any tips?

    Your account account has been disable because of violation terms of use:

    We do not allow fields requesting for passwords, if you agree to have those field deleted, and never create such a form that violates our terms of use, we can reactivate your account. Let us know what you decide.

    So, how can I create a subscription form? These fields are a request for the user create his password.

    Requesting for creation of password should involve encryption. Unfortunately our forms do not provide this method, thus, it will violate our terms of use as explained above by David.
