Secure form won't display on either Internet Explorer or Safari

Internet Explorer won't display the secure form (actually won't go the

page) "https://secure.jotform.us/form/51427893151154". Firefox does fine. I tried IE 8 and IE 11 with same result.

On another computer IE 11 brings up the form, but the Captcha never complete processing to display a string.

Also, on Safari 5.1.7 it is more specific: when trying to go to the secure URL, it says "cannot establish a secure connection" to the form site.

Initially, I didn't think there was a problem because I built the form on Firefox.

Please help - we need the form as soon as possible.

    Thanks,

I just did a test in the mentioned browsers and none of the problems are present.

What causes captcha to never complete browser's javascript to be disabled.

Same issue for the https version of the form. The security needs to be adjusted in the browsers.

So, seems like IE needs to be reset completely in your computers.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

We managed to get the form and captcha working on our Win7 and Win8.1 machines (IE, Firefox and Chrome).

However, on the Win XP machine, resetting the IE8 and the Safari browsers did not work, that is, the secure web page would not come up at all (again, Firefox worked fine on all the machines).

I am only worried about our prospective form users - I'd like to be able to tell them how to make our form work on their computer.

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, unfortunately for old systems, they would need to download either Chrome or Firefox. I guess putting a notice in your webpage about the recommended browser should be necessary.

    That's what I'll do.

    Thanks again
