Please see below regarding conversation from one of our clients and my response. I'll attach a screen regarding . . The Adobe E-mail confirmation was much more cleaner if it didn't show the subcategories in the e-mail if they were not selected. Please let me know how I should handle

    Scott,

One question I have is the email submitted now has all possible categories listed instead of just the one that is selected. Is this something that can be adjusted?

    Hi Teresa,

We had to mass migrate the forms using the conversion tool by the new provider. I’m fairly certain we can just rebuild the aspects of certain forms that didn’t come out perfect.

I’ll follow up with the new provider and find out what we need to do in order to handle this and let you know how we’ll approach this once I get a response.

    Thanks,

    Scott

    Hi Scott,

You can auto hide empty fields in the notification/autoresponder emails. Here's how you can do that, http://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts.

    Thanks
