Hi- When people are using Internet Explorer to complete our JotForm registration form, they are unable to select a workshop and complete the registration process.  Chrome and FireFox work well so we have tried to guide people towards those browsers.  Can a fix be made with IE?

I tested the form and managed to successfully submit the form, using IExplorer 11, when paying by check for individual and multiple registrations:

If selecting payment by Paypal I am redirected to the Paypal payment page:

Do you know which IE version are they using? Also is this form embed on a website? If so please let us know the site url.

Do you know which kind of error they are encountering?

    Thank you

Hi- the form is not embedded on a website.  We are just directing people to the jotform page through a link.  I don't know which IE they are using but it is obviously not IE11 since you were successful.  The workshop selections are ok now that I changed the format but the payment pages are still glitching.  They are unable to see all the boxes when directed to a payment page.  I am suggesting that people use Google Chrome or FireFox when completing the registration form.  Thanks for checking it.

I have tested your form in IE9 and it works correctly, IE8 is known to have issues with JavaScript, most probably the affected clients are using IE8, I will try to find an environment with IE8 to test on.

Ill let you know the outcome.
