I need help creating a form

    I need to know if I can create a table with several drop down selectors embedded in the tables. Please see the attached file for an example of what I'm trying to replicate.

    I've checked your form and noticed that you're using the configurable list widget which is a good call if you ask me :)

    If you want to set a fixed number of 24 rows as in the screenshot, you can set the minimum and maximum rows number to 24 to do that.
