I'm not receiving the submitted data for some fields in the email notification I receive

    the name, sex and date of birth appears blank once received via email and I am not sure what has happened as these must be filled to carry on through the form

    please help

    The tags of your notifier were not updated for the mentioned fields. I've updated them for you so please make a test submission and let us know if you're able to see the fields values in your email notification.

    Please note that since you're using a customized notifier you need to manually update the fields you change in order to include them in your email notification.
