Form has missing submission sent earlier this morning

Another person in the office completed a registration and submitted it this morning and an hour later it still does not show.

Which form submission in your form are you referring to that doesn't show up after being submitted to you from this morning? Please elaborate.

What I meant by that is do you know any of the information that was used for that person whom had submitted your form early on this morning if anything? If not then please ask them to resubmit.
