Form Disabled

Form's are disabled even though I have not done this myself. I believe this may be occurring as the form asks for payment details, and has therefore tripped the anti-phishing filter. The website is not intended it be malicious in any way and is actually for a school IPT project on transaction processing systems and therefore must contain fields asking for these details as per the assignment's criteria. Could my forms be reactivated? I am pretty sure this is the problem but if it isn't other solutions would be appreciated as well!

The problem seems to come from two of your forms with names "Title Me" and "Title Me" which scored high phishing scores.

They were both empty forms and with no submissions so i cleared them of your list and reactivated your account. Everything should be fine now at your end.
