Cannot embed form onto a Wix site

I tried copying the entire link <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/51456517277865"></script> the website pop up came up saying use a valid link 

I tried copying a part of the link that was just the address 28.15http://form.jotform.co/jsform/51456517277865 the website accepted the link but when i opened the form on my website there was no form but html
