Pagination problems persist

this form was brought over from forms central. There were issue with the bullet list. It look liked it was fixed and now the problem is back. http://www.jotform.us/form/51594841180154. The do not line up the way they are supposed to. This link was already shared so cannot changed it.

Also letter's are spacing funny on the form, but looks okay when i m working on it. For example in the middle of the form look for under DECALS - i highlighted the spaces that are in the form, but look find when i am working in editing mode.

I think this can be easily fixed by updating the TEXT field content.

I had to manually modify the TEXT field content to correct the pagination issues.
