I was in the process of creating a form and upon submission of my final condition I lost the ability to view my current conditions by clicking the "Saved Conditions" button (which simply shows me the screen for adding a new condition). Could you please help?

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with not being able to view your forms conditions list.

There was an error caused by deleted fields and conditions that were associated with them. It has now been fixed. If the issue persists, please let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
