I had recently transferred to Jotforms from Adobe and had designed a form that receives applications for a conference which were paid using Paypal from the registrants. However when I log into my Paypal account it shows there are no transactions at all. Can you please let me know why and also I noticed that there are certain incompolete payments listed in the Jotforms submissions for Paypal. Please advise!

I suggest checking the articles: -Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ
You can also set the incomplete payment email on the form so that you get notified even for incomplete payments.

I did try that but why aren't any of the complete payments made via Paypal in Jotforms not showing up in my Paypal account ?

Can you please share to us the URL of your form that is having the issue?
I checked the form using the URL you originally provided, but I found that it belongs to a different jotform account.
Share to us the URL of the form that have the payment tool on it, and we will check further.

That is the account, I am a subuser in it, so I designed the form by accessing that account as a sub user.
I identified the error, when we setup the form we set the paypal account as firstname.lastname@example.org while the actual account was email@example.com. is there any way we could rectify it, payments made to this account are not being deposited because of the error and are being held up and re directed back to their owners, can you please advise regarding this.

You can still change/update the setup Paypal account on the Payment form.
You can do this by re-running the Payment Wizard and then change the account.

Unfortunately, to the already submitted forms, you will not be able restore that since it was already attempted to be sent to the wrong payment account.
You will need to request to the end-users to retry again using the form (that have the new correct account).
