PDF fillable form Submit not working.

    Hi

    Both in browser and by opening the file in adobe submit does nothing.

     

    Can you please advise what I am doing incorrect.

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I cloned your and created the PDF version of the form. I was able to submit the PDF form using Adobe Reader 9 Version 11.0.11. See screenshot below.

    Can you provide us what Adobe application and version you use to test your PDF form? Please take note that if you open the PDF form in a PDF reader software that only previews the PDF form, it will not submit because it is only in Preview mode. You need to use a PDF reader/writer to make it work.

    Downloaded Adobe reader 11.0.11.   Now I am having a problem saving to pdf. 

     

    This is what I am getting. I have tried this over a couple of PCs with same result.

    I created a fillable PDF form and sent it to your email.
    Please test this new version and let us know if the problem persists.
