Account not found

I signed up May 11, 2015, and created two forms and have them on my website. When I logged back in today, I received a message stating that I did not have an account. I re-registered hoping to find my forms, but nothing! I need help!!!

Hi,

There was a Guest account and another registered account associated with your IP address but neither one had any forms.  I checked your current account and there are  6 forms as far as I can tell.  None of those are the 2 your are looking for?  If not, let us know the URL for the pages your forms are embedded to and we will be happy to let you know which account they are associated with.
