Unable to receive email notifications

    I've been testing the contact form on my Wordpress site, but I'm getting nothing. Originally it was sending to an email I was using long ago, but i changed my email I was getting notifications with no message--but I stopped the notifications.

     

    Please help.

    I've been dealing with this all day.

    I checked the link that you posted but I didn't see any JotForm form embedded on it.

    The email in the notification is not in the bounce list. The mail logs shows that the notifications are being sent properly.

    I checked the notification settings and I can see that it is configured correctly. Please check the spam folders or junk mail. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
