    Submission data not showing up on email notification

    when i go to an email submission i cant see all the answers what do i need to do?

    This is because your form field tags in your email notification are outdated.

    Here's an example. The "Location" in your email message is using the old tag {location7}, but the new form field for it uses the {location125}. Another, the "Options" question uses the old tag {options18}, wherein the newly updated name tag for it is {options126}.


    To update the field tags, just click the form fields at the right side pane of the compose email window. This happens when you delete, update or edit the form fields that were previously added in your notification.
