THis is the link, shouldn't this automatically populate everytime a new registration comes through?
Actually what is not showing up is the "Additional Players", the fields out to the right. They are able to register up to 16 players. The "additional" player registrations are showing on the report when I download, however not on this link that everyone is going to check their registrations.

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. I've checked the provided link and I was able to see the names on the records that contained additional players.
Are you not being able to see those? Or did I misunderstand the problem?

Regarding the question above, if you go to my reports for this form
http://form.jotform.us/form/50505651109145 you will see two different registrations for "TEAM NAME" Craft registered additional players. They are not showing on the link. However they do show on the reports. Don't see anything different between these and those that are showing.

On a different note....
How do we change the email address in which these responses are going? They are not coming to me.

You can change the destination emails by adding/modifying the email templates under emails.
Use the Select the notification type
Make sure the sender email is also set to allow sending of the notification
