Submit button cutting off on Mac laptop

    Hello,

    Client reports submit button is cutting off on his Mac laptop. Mac desktop does not seem to show the same issue. Any ideas? Please see attached file. URL provided below.

    Submit button also disappeared when I resized Chrome:

    I cloned the form and embed it on a different page and it displays correctly the submit button:

    Please try adding the form again using the iFrame method:
