Why are the fields of my form being stretched out on mobile devices?

For some reason when I view the form on a mobile device all of the fields are stretched out across the screen.  This is not how I designed it and its not how it looks when I view the form via computer.  Please help me.

By default our form designer add some CSS code to render you form like this on mobile devices, this is made because it makes your form mobile friendly.

If you don't want your form to be mobile friendly, you can remove the code in the form builder.

You would need to remove all the code that is added above the mark highlighted below.

Also, you need to disable your form's responsiveness.
