Hi, I did a test form to one of my emails of my newly created form.  I filled it out and submitted to the email and received a submission email from my Jotform email but it didn't have any of the information that I had filled out as a test before I make the form live.

When I was creating the form and trying to get it over to the Html and paste the source code, the code never came up in the blank space and I realized that the direct link was already in the body of my email form so I sent it to myself and the form pulled up and I was able to do a dummy fill in the blanks but once the submission was received on my jotform email it had nothing that I had entered into the form.

Please help......  I hope this wasn't confusing

I put it the link to the page in the bottom so I hope you can help

    Thanks

I have inspected your form and the reason why your are not receiving all data that you have entered inside of your form inside of Email Notification is because you did not set all fields and values of those fields inside of your Email Notification.

You need to add name of fields and also values of those fields inside of your Notification.

Or you can create new Email Notification and inside of new notification by default all fields names and values of fields will appear.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
