    Hi,

When someone submits my form which is in a iframe, the Thank you page gets cut-off at the bottom and you are unable of reading the whole text on the Thank you Page.

How can I make the height of the Thank you page dynamic so it changes to show all of its content?

    Thanks

I suggest you to try using the thank you message instead.

This will allow you to customize the appearance of the message that is shown when the form is submitted so you can position it at the top of the iframe.

Please give it a try and let us know if this helps.

Thanks for your reply. I wish I could but I'm using Conditions on the Thank You Page depending on how many stars the Reviewer gave us so that's not an option.

    Any other suggestion?

    THanks

    Hello spontini,

I have gone ahead and increased the <div> height of the thank you message. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if the thank you message is being displayed correctly.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

I did several test in your form. I have credited the submission back to your account.

    Thank you very much Ash.

It works great on PCs and Macs. It doesn;t work on Mobile devices though but thanks for your help.

On behalf of my colleague, you're welcome.

You can change the height value as showed on the screencast provided by Ashwin to a value that work for both desktops and mobile devices. Or do you mean to say that the changes are not reflected when the form is viewed on mobiles?

    Hi Raul.

The changes are not reflected on mobile devices. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

    Thanks

    Hello spontini,

I would suggest you to please configure your form to be mobile responsive and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to set your form to be mobile responsive:

Do try it out and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
