Automatically delete submissions after a certain period

Hi,

At this time, I do not find an app that deletes submissions after a certain amount of time (for example after two years). Do you know of an app or jotform functionality that is in development at this time that adresses this?

Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that automatically delete the submissions on a certain time. However, we have an app called Auto-Delete Submissions, that deletes new form submissions automatically as soon as they were received. This will permanently delete the data so please be careful.

You can also delete multiple submissions at once by going to Submissions page. Scroll down at the bottom and you will see the grid. You will also see the "Delete All Submissions" button there.

If you want to configure a time frame in viewing the submissions, at the top, click the "Gear" or "Tools" icon and then click the drop down.

Do you know it this functionality is to be foreseen in the future?

I can see useful use cases for it. I'm afraid that we do not have this feature currently planned, but I have raised this thread as a possible feature request to our developers.

We can't make any estimate when or if this would be implemented, as our developers already have a lot on their plate, but if this or a similar feature is implemented we will certainly let you know through this thread.
