This form serves as a RSVP channel. However, we would like to take attendance of these people when the reach the venue.

Is there any plug in or any system in your form that could help us with that?

I am not quire sure what you mean by that? I must tell you however that "Password" is not something that you should have on your form - your account will be suspended due to that since asking for username and/or password on your form is against our terms of use.

I do see how it is used, but I must still let you know so that you know why your account and its forms get suspended.

Do also note that when we see a form asking for that we should remove it right away (the form) - completely - I am however giving you a chance to re-phrase the wording to something else since it does not seem to be there with ill intentions.

Now to get back to the original question, please do let us know more about what you would like to accomplish and we would be happy to assist you with that.

Your account is not suspended. It is active right now. What my colleague Ben is trying to say is that our Phishing Detector Tool will automatically suspend your account because you are using the word "Password" on your form.

Rather that using the word "Password or Passcode", use another word or probably a sentence like: "Enter the number provided in the ticket". It is just an example, you can think of you own way but please avoid using words like "password, passcode, login, username".
