Strange Bullet Points

    Hi

    I need to use source embed method because I want to remove the black section of the drop down.

    My form however has strange bullet points.

    Please can you advise how to remove these.

    Hi

     

    The site wasn't online and when I uploaded the bullet points have gone.

    I still have a problem with blank space at the top of my form, I have added the css to remove it, as you can see from my form but it is still there.
