why is my jot form telling me the account is about to be disabled???

I accidentally put the forms up as secure forms.

I was then sent a notice informing me that my limit was about to be exceeded so immediately changed the forms to non secure.

I have now received a message saying that the account will be disable tomorrow .... why, I can't see anywhere where I've gone wrong. 

We are only a small club and don't have many submissions, while I know the SSL has been reached I thought I have made the appropriate changes??

Could you please have a look and tell me where I've gone wrong

I've reset the SSL counter, your account should not be scheduled to downgrade anymore.

It seems Facebook will force it to use the HTTPS version of the form. If that is the case, you would need to upgrade.
