Checkbox is selected by default, but it should not be selected automatically at all

How can I set up the form so that the select box at the bottom is not automatically selected. User needs to actively select this box before submitting.

First, I must say that the lake behind the form is something I would like to dive into Malin :)

I have not gone to mountains for some time, but it seems that there are some quite nice ways to enjoy the summer :)

Now in regards to your jotform, the reason why it was always selected was because there was no text in the option.

As soon as you add the label for that option (I used the same as the label of the checkbox itself) it allowed me to uncheck the option.

To do the same, just click on the field and then add the same entry to the options box over the toolbar. Once you do just click on OK button.

Now click on Selected option and uncheck the selected option and again click on OK button.

Once you make these changes, just click on the Save and that is it. Refreshing your website will show you the change there as well :)
